## Overview
This file contains the accessor function to communicate with the Bureau Service API.

## Functions

### `call_bureau_service(data)`
Sends a request to the Bureau Service to fetch a credit response.

- **Endpoint**: `POST <BUREAU_ENDPOINT>/api/get-credit-response`
- **Headers**:
  - `Content-Type`: `application/json`
  - `X-Client-Id`: Sourced from `config.CLIENT_ID`
  - `X-Client-Secret`: Sourced from `config.CLIENT_SECRET`
- **Payload**: JSON serialized `data` dictionary.
- **Returns**: A tuple containing the HTTP status code and the JSON response from the API `(status_code, json_response)`.
