We are an Indian consumer-lending fintech start-up. Credit Fair was founded in 2018 by Aditya Damani and is backed by K.M. Global Group, which has over 30 years of experience in financial services. We successfully obtained our NBFC registration from the Reserve Bank of India.

Our Founder

ADITYA DAMANI

Founder & CEO

Aditya Damani founded Credit Fair in 2018, driven by his passion to enable financial inclusion and create tangible improvements for under-served Indians.

After completing his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, he worked at Oakam in London. He has previously also advised private equity funds setup lending businesses in India, as well as institutions managing over $4 billion in debt assets at PIMCO USA. He has a unique blend of Mobile, B2B sales and Institutional Lending experience that has helped him run and grow Credit Fair successfully.

VIKAS AGARWAL

Co-Founder & CBO

Vikas Agarwal joined Credit Fair in May 2022 and leads our Supply of Capital, Lending Partnerships and Business Development teams.

He is an experienced business leader with a career spanning over a decade in the financial services sector. After attaining his Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI he started his career as an Executive with EY in 2009 but his entrepreneurial mindset drove him to launch his flagship venture Shree Krishna Corporate Advisors LLP in 2010 where he advised over 300 SMEs on raising debt worth over Rs. 500 Crores. In 2019, he setup a SME focused NBFC, SSA Finserv, and served as MD & CEO.

MUKESH PANDE

Director & Chief Risk Officer

Mukesh Pande has been our mentor since the inception of Credit Fair. He formally joined us as Chief Risk Officer in Dec 2022 after superannuating from Banking industry with more than 33+ years of experience. He has been a career Banker, having worked in major Public and Private Sector Banks like Dena Bank, IDBI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank & RBL Bank. He has a working experience in all important verticals of a Bank, be it, Risk, Credit, Corporate Banking, Retail, Forex, Recovery & Remedial, Governance, etc. Mukesh is a qualified CAIIB and MBA. He has also undertaken various training/ courses at different institutions like Bankers Training College (RBI), SPBTC etc along with Senior level Leaders Development Programs at IIM (Ahmedabad) and Kautilya Leadership Centre (Lonavala)
