5.Merchant Refunds & Loan CancellationsIn case of return of a purchase to a merchant and/or cancellation of loan transaction after initiating process, a cancellation fee of Rs 1000 would be payable along with interest at the rate of 1.2% per month on outstanding principal would be payable.

The Borrower/s irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to indemnify on full basis and hold, saved harmless and keep indemnified Credit Fair or its agents in full and on demand from and against all and any direct or indirect losses, costs, claims, liabilities, damages, demands, charges and expenses suffered or incurred by the Credit Fair arising out of, or in connection with, any failure of the Borrower/s to perform, repay, pay, reimburse or discharge any of its Obligations under the Loan from time to time not being recoverable for any reason and also from and against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims including in relation to income tax and demands whether for principal, interest or otherwise whatsoever made or preferred against the Credit Fair in relation to or arising out of or in connection with the Loan.--}} {{--
